Market Analysis of Conference All-in-one LED Display in the First Half of 2023
After entering 2023, the commercial display industry is highly optimistic about the potential of the small-pitch LED all-in-one market. Certain industry experts anticipate a significant surge in market demand for LED smart all-in-one machines, projecting an increase from 1,000 units to 10,000 units this year and thus entering a new phase of substantial growth.
In 2022, the shipment volume of LED all-in-one machines in mainland China will reach more than 4,300 units, a year-on-year increase of 15.8% in 2021; the sales amount will reach 998 million, a year-on-year increase of 11.0% in 2021. For this year, Luotu Technology was also very optimistic. It predicted that the market size of LED all-in-one computers in mainland China will exceed 1 billion for the first time in 2023, reaching approximately 1.35 billion; shipments will reach 6,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 39.5%.
The performance of small-pitch LED all-in-one machines in the Chinese market remains unsatisfactory, even after a period of over six months.
Recently, at the 2023 Shenzhen Commercial Display Technology Exhibition, Ms. Zheng Haiyan, Chief Analyst of the PID Supply Chain Business Group, presented a thematic report titled "Current Development Status and Future Trend Predictions of the Commercial Display Market." This comprehensive report encompasses an analysis of the market performance specifically focusing on LED all-in-one machines.
The results indicate that the performance of LED all-in-one machines in the domestic market this year is relatively average, with a shipment volume of only 2,300 units in the first half of the year - far below initial market expectations. Based on these figures, achieving the digital target of 6,000 units for this year may prove challenging and meeting market expectations of 10,000 units even more so.
First, The underperformance of LED all-in-one computers, a new category in the commercial large-screen display market this year, can be attributed to several underlying factors.The unit price of LED all-in-one machines remains high, posing a challenge to increasing volume amidst the overall market downturn in China. According to Luotu's 2022 data, the unit price exceeds 200,000 RMB. Therefore, analysts suggest that it may be opportune to commence mass production when the selling price falls below 70,000 to 80,000. Based on market expectations, the process of reducing unit prices for LED all-in-one machines still has a considerable distance to cover.
Second, the price of 100-inch+ LCD screens has been declining. Currently, the primary competitor to LED all-in-one machines is the ultra-high-definition LCD large screen with a size exceeding 100 inches. However, based on this year's trend, the unit price of large LCD screens measuring 98-100 inches and over 100 inches has consistently decreased. Among them, numerous 100-inch products have reached a price point around 15,000 yuan. This will undoubtedly pose a significant challenge to the dominance of LED all-in-one machines.

In particular, the emergence of 110/115-inch LCDs has led to a collapse in the LED screen all-in-one market within the 100-inch segment, thereby creating uncertainty regarding its future development. Moving forward, there is an expectation for a significant price reduction in LED all-in-one machines, making them more competitive. However, the realization of this process requires further observation.
